Shipping

Where can I buy Flat Frances?

Flat Frances ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  We also ship to Canada.  

We don’t ship internationally, but we would like to in future!

We ship USPS Standard shipping  (5-9 business days) at $4.50.  

Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take about 11 - 15 days.  

Standard shipping to Canada will take 15 - 18 days.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges are always free.

Please email frances@flatfrances.com about a return or exchange and we will help you out!  

(Reminder that bottoms are not eligible for returns and exchanges; if there is an issue with your bottoms, please email us at frances@flatfrances.com and we will help you out.) 

Because we are a very small business, kindly make returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery; simply use the enclosed return label and email frances@flatfrances.com. 

Please return all items, unworn.  Items that are returned soiled will not be refunded.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or debit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders, or International credit cards.

How do I update my order?
Please email us at frances@flatfrances.com  ASAP if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we will try and correct anything that has not yet shipped out.
